New Times Iron Fork presented by the Downtown Development Authority is the hottest event for cuisine connoisseurs and folks who simply love to eat. In October, foodies will enjoy tastings from local restaurants, drinks, and live music. The bonanza will come to a boil with the Chef Challenge Finals, where two top local toques will go head-to-head in a cooking showdown. Each chef will receive a basket of ingredients and one secret ingredient with which to create a culinary masterpiece.
